Robin Biegeleisen is a civil litigator with more than 25 years of experience. She has been involved in all aspects of General Liability claims and litigation including but not limited to, claims involving defense of amusement parks and carnivals, residential buildings, municipalities, department stores, supermarkets, bowling alleys, roller rinks, restaurants, movie theatres and other similar commercial risks.
Ms. Biegeleisen also has vast experience in defending personal automobile and commercial trucking actions. Her knowledge and experience in this area has increased her ability to quickly and accurately assess the exposure in each matter, reporting our analysis to the client so that a strategic and cost-effective course of action can be established early on in the case. She also handled Workers’ Compensation cases representing both self-insured employers and insurance companies in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.
Finally, Ms. Biegeleisen has provided assistance to insurance carriers throughout the country by rendering coverage opinions and evaluating whether coverage applies for particular risks. She has also successfully litigated declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal courts in both New York and New Jersey.
